Organisations are under pressure to reduce their energy consumption. Increases in the price of electricity have directly impacted budgets and profitability. Here at JPS we are committed to environmental issues and climate control.

In the past year we have introduced various methods of good environmental practices.

• Minimising waste - By minimising waste such a paper, turning off lights and office equipment, has reduced our costs and makes our business more efficient.
• Energy efficient - Using energy efficiently within our business provides a number of benefits. Not only do we help to protect global energy reserves and reduce our environmental impact, but we also save money.
• Investment in technology - There are also significant benefits to investing in technology that reduces your energy. We have invested in "Studio Hybrid" computers that use about 70% less power than a typical desktop, and meets Energy Star^® 4.0 standards with an 87% efficient power supply.

As from 1 January 2010, we will be introducing further measures:

• Clients will only receive one copy of their accounts; additional copies will be available in PDF format free of charge by logging into the client area on our website.
• Registered users of our website will receive invoices by email, again in PDF format.
